Delete your Honeygasm account
Request deletion of your Honeygasm account and associated data. Choose the method that works for you.
Delete in the app
If you can sign in, open Account Management, choose Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email support@honeygasm.com from the address connected to your account when possible. Use the subject “Honeygasm account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Never send your password, verification code, or private conversation content.
What happens to your data
- Account access, sign-in links, active sessions, and current profile details are deleted or de-identified.
- Previous chats and account history will not be restored or connected to a new account if you register again.
- Some conversation and runtime records associated with the deleted account, plus legal, credit, audit, security, and telemetry records, may be retained only as reasonably needed for service integrity, abuse prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
